I’ve been working in the field of social work in Germany for ten years with a passion for supporting people on their path through conversation, presence, and resonance. My coaching training “Coaching mit Herz und Verstand” at Triangel e.V. (200 hours, QRC certified) gave this mindset a solid methodological foundation. It enables me to work in a more focused and structured way with people who want to grow professionally or reorient themselves in their careers.
I take a holistic view of people and the world. In order to work with a sense of fulfillment, we need more than clarity around tasks and goals (although that is important, too) – we also need space for emotions, values, and the inner dynamics that shape our actions subconsciously.
I believe that holistic development happens when both the head and the heart are involved.
In my coaching sessions I offer a space where new perspectives can emerge: honest, empathetic, and with a clear eye for what truly matters.
I grew up abroad and moved to Germany at the age of 18. That’s why I place a special focus on supporting international professionals and digital nomads working in Germany. I’m familiar with the unique challenges of adapting to a new culture and identity in a professional and personal context.

Seit 10 Jahren bin ich als Sozialarbeiterin tätig und lebe die Leidenschaft, Menschen durch Gespräch, Präsenz und Resonanz auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten.
Meine Coaching-Ausbildung „Coaching mit Herz und Verstand“ bei Triangel e.V. (200 Stunden, QRC zertifiziert) hat dieser Haltung eine fundierte methodische Basis gegeben. Sie ermöglicht es mir, Menschen noch gezielter und strukturierter in beruflichen Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen zu begleiten.
Ich sehe Menschen und die Welt ganzheitlich. Wer im Beruf erfüllt arbeiten will, braucht nicht nur Klarheit über Aufgaben und Ziele – sondern auch Raum für Emotionen, Werte und innere Dynamiken.
Ich bin überzeugt: Entwicklung gelingt dann, wenn Kopf und Herz gleichermaßen angesprochen werden.
Im Coaching schaffe ich einen Raum, in dem neue Perspektiven möglich werden, ehrlich, empathisch und mit einem klaren Blick für das Wesentliche.
Ich bin im Ausland aufgewachsen und erst mit 18 Jahren nach Deutschland gezogen. Deshalb gilt mein besonderes Interesse Menschen mit internationalem Hintergrund und Erfahrungen. Die Herausforderungen und Identitätsfragen, die mit dem Ankommen in neuen Systemen und Kulturen einhergehen, sind mir gut vertraut.
